Conditions for Refund:
• Milk Unfit for Consumption : Our milk has no preservatives or additives, so keeping it cold is key to its freshness. If the milk turns sour due to a cold chain issue on the day of delivery, you can request a refund. The refund will be processed after we collect the spoiled pack. For any milk or byproduct issues, please raise a complaint with a photo / video along with the batch no. on the packaging before 2 PM. The refund will be to your source account/ wallet balance on the App.
• Refusal / Late cancellation : Charges will still be applicable in case intimation for cancellation is made after 5:00 pm, and also on refusal to take the delivery in the morning.
• Missed Delivery : If, on any given day, your milk delivery has been missed, please inform us before 1pm on the same day so that we can resolve it immediately and ensure smooth delivery of your order. Please note that we will be unable to take into consideration any complaint after that so we urge you to let us know before 2pm.
You can inform us in the following ways only:
- Call our customer care. No changes or complaints will be handled by the delivery team.
- Update your details in the Mobile App.
Note : Informing the delivery person is not valid. Only customer care can process order changes.
